It started with a queen no one remembered.

Her name was Teuta — ruler of Illyria, commander of fleets, a woman who defied Rome itself. And yet, when I searched for her, I found almost nothing. No portraits. No monuments. Just silence.

That silence changed everything for me.

I am Monika, the founder of Legendra History. I have loved history my whole life - not the history of dates and battles, but the history of people. Women who ruled kingdoms and were written out of the record.  Men and women who challenged their age and were forgotten anyway. Ordinary people who did extraordinary things.

Legendra History exists because they deserve better.

Through journals, art prints, and content, I bring forgotten figures back into the light — not as relics, but as mirrors. Because somewhere in their stories, you might find something of yourself, too.
