Refund policy

Because She Remembered is a print-on-demand journal made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items: If your journal arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery at legendrahistory@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Wrong address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Lost packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at legendrahistory@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Digital products: Due to the nature of downloadable products, all digital sales are final. Refunds are not available once the files have been delivered or downloaded. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at legendrahistory@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
